When Hooqy Media Network evaluate new partners there are some basic requirements that must be met before we can consider accepting a site. All publishers have to fulfill our minimum requirements before review of our staff. Acceptance is based on overall quality of content and design, current advertising needs, and other subjective criteria.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

Your Site Has To:

* Represent specialty content. Portals, search engines, and sites of links to other people’s content do not fit our definition of specialty content.

* Provide up-to-date contents.

* Be able to direct traffic of at least 25,000 page views or 5,000 uniques per month. Sites that are incomplete or under construction will not be accepted.

* Abide by our privacy policy.

* Agree to our full eligibility requirements and advertising conditions, which include posting our Demographic Survey on your site.

* Reside on a top-level domain. No sites hosted on free providers (such as Geocities, Tripod, etc) are eligible.

Your site CANNOT:

* Contain any child pornography, use explicit language or link to adult or sexually explicit content.

* Allow Hooqy Media ads on any sites or pages for which you are not directly responsible or any sites that have not been reviewed and approved by Hooqy Partner Team.

* Infringe on any material protected by copyright.

* Allow timed rotation or auto refresh of Hooqy Media Network banners.

* Contain user-submitted content that is not moderated or supervised.
